SHIPPING POLICY
Where do you ship to?
We ship to Switzerland. If you live somewhere else, you can contact us via e-Mail: corascrystalshop@gmail.com, or Dm us on Instagram: @corascrystalshop.
We can discuss if it would be possible to ship to you.
How long will my order take?
Please allow up to 1 to 2 days of processing and 1 to 3 working days for shipping.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges or returns. Please purchase responsibly. Once you purchase, you are responsible for paying. We accept returns, if you received a wrong or damaged Item.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once we ship out your package, we are no longer held responsible for any delayed or lost mail. All mail comes with a tracking number & is shipped via "Die Post". Please contact your local post office with any issues you may have with your order.
What if my package arrived broken?
We will offer store credit for a broken item as long as the buyer provides a photo or proof within 48 hours of delivery date.
We may also offer a replacement depending on situation and availability.
