Terms of service

1. Scope

The T&Cs apply to all products and services offered on corascrystalshop.com. Deviations from the General Terms and Conditions are only effective if we confirm them in writing.

 

2. Registration

Each customer is only entitled to have or create one customer account. We reserve the right to cancel the new customer bonus if we suspect multiple customer accounts.

 

3. Prices

The prices given on corascrystalshop.com are gross prices.

 

4. Offers

The offers on corascrystalshop.com are non-binding. The indicated stock level on corascrystalshop.com and the effective stock level may differ. Incorrect price information cannot be ruled out.

 

5. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded when the customer places an order on corascrystalshop.com. The successful conclusion of a contract is binding and the customer cannot withdraw.

 

6. Delivery

If the item is in stock, the delivery time is a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of payment. We use Swiss Post for delivery.

 

7. Shipping Costs

Corascrystalshop charges a fee of 7.- per package. The shipping costs are free from a goods value of 100.-.

 

8. Terms of Payment

Corascrystalshop asserts all payment claims for products and services purchased via corascrystalshop.com directly from the customer. Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, the retailer assigns to Corascrystalshop the entire payment claim that arises as part of the purchase contract between him and the customer. The customer takes note of this assignment and is obliged to make all payments exclusively to Corascrystalshop. Payments must be made in Swiss Francs. The current payment method fees, which may be charged by Corascrystalshop, can be seen under "Payment Options" and are shown in detail in the ordering process. When paying by credit card or other means of immediate payment, the charge is made when the order is placed. In the case of prepayment, delivery will only take place after receipt of payment. The products in the Corascrystalshop warehouse are reserved until the payment deadline of at least 7 calendar days.

 

9. Liability

Corascrystalshop accepts no liability whatsoever for damage in transit caused by the post. As soon as the goods have been handed over to the post office, the risk lies with the customer.

 

10. Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal.

 

11. Return Policy
Goods received damaged may be returned. The period begins upon receipt of the goods by the customer. To meet the deadline, the customer must first return the goods electronically within 2 days of receipt of the goods via the email address corascrystalshop@gmail.com. In addition, the goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If the damaged order was returned, he will receive a voucher for the value of the returned item; a payment of the amount is excluded. The costs for the return are at the expense of the customer.
13. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be illegal, void or unenforceable for other reasons, the validity and enforceability of the General Terms and Conditions remain unaffected.
14. Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is exclusively St. Gallen. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.
